As I help small businesses with their sales issues, I often get involved with wider business issues. I’ve often thought about how great it would be if I could find a framework for suggesting small changes to non-sales business problems.
Well, I’ve found that framework. I’ve just finished reading “Awesomely Simple” by John Spence. His logical, step-by-step approach to business excellence fits with the “small changes for big results” approach I use like a tight glove. John developed his system working with large corporations, and a measure of how good his ideas are is that it will work even better for small businesses.
I highly recommend John’s book to any small business owner or manager that wants a way to significantly increase performance.
